The mobile app OCS Firma FOL is the tool used to interact with the FIRMA machines in order to execute the operations of commercial management (credit setting for dispenses and operational data reading) and technical management (maintenance and configuration of operating parameters such as temperature, water hardness and recipes). The communication between app and machine is implemented through bluetooth connection based on proprietary protocol.
